This Privacy policy describes how personal data is processed on the mossega.com website, in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Spanish Organic Law 3/2018, of 5 December, on the Protection of Personal Data and the guarantee of digital rights (LOPDGDD).

This website is informational and has no registration or contact forms. We only process the personal data you voluntarily provide if you choose to email us: your email address, your name if you include it, and the content of your message. The purpose is to handle and respond to your enquiry.

The legal basis for the processing is your consent, given when you contact us, as well as, where applicable, the implementation of pre-contractual measures requested by you (article 6.1.a and 6.1.b GDPR).

We keep your data for as long as necessary to handle your enquiry and, thereafter, for the periods legally required to address any potential liabilities. When no longer needed, it is deleted.

We do not share your data with third parties, except where legally required. The emails you send us are handled through Google Workspace (Gmail), whose provider is Google Ireland Limited (Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland), acting as data processor under its own privacy policy (policies.google.com/privacy).

This website does not use cookies, whether its own or third-party, nor any tracking or analytics technologies. No profiling or automated decision-making takes place.
